Privacy Policy

Command Center is a private, internal dashboard used only by its owner to view financial and inventory information for their own businesses (Pail Buddies, Unstoppable Revenue and LSG Digital). It is not offered to the public or to other companies.

What data we access

• From QuickBooks Online, with the owner's authorization: company name, invoices, bills, bank account balances, and standard reports (profit and loss, accounts receivable and payable aging).
• From Amazon Seller Central, with the owner's authorization: FBA inventory levels, sales velocity, inventory age and storage fee estimates.
• The owner's email address, used only to sign in.

How data is used

Data is used only to display dashboards, totals and forecasts to the owner. We do not sell, rent, share or disclose the data to any third party, and we do not use it for advertising.

How data is stored and protected

Data and access tokens are stored in a secured database hosted by Supabase, encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Access tokens are readable only by the app's server functions. Access to the dashboard requires signing in with an approved email address.

Disconnecting and deletion

The owner can revoke access at any time from QuickBooks (Settings → Apps / Connected apps) or from Amazon Seller Central (Manage Your Apps). On request, all stored data and tokens are deleted.
